Is NOADA the same as the Akron BMV?

No. NOADA is the trade association; it also operates the Akron BMV (Ohio Deputy Registrar Agency 7731) as a separate public-facing service with its own website, AkronBMV.com, and its own phone line.

How is NOADA different from OADA?
